My goal at MK Bridal is to help you say "YES" to the dress! For that reason, if you want to try on dresses, I do require an appointment. This way I can ensure that there will be a dedicated consultant working one-on-one with you for your full appointment!
Due to several last minute cancellations and no call-no shows a new scheduling system has been added when you are booking an appointment.
There is still no fee to book but the new system will now ask you for your credit/debit card information to hold your appointment in our system. No fees will be taken out if you attend your scheduled appointment or Cancel prior to 24 hours before your appointment.
If you’re unable to make it to your appointment, please call (724) 543-1060.
If canceled after the 24 hour window or no call-no show, a cancellation fee of $30.00 will be applied to your credit/debit card on file.
If you're more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.
If you want to browse our collection please call first to ensure someone is there. This is a time when you can browse, preview the dresses or ask questions. Keep in mind that if you would like to try on dresses, it is required to schedule an appointment.
Our designer dresses take up to 4-6 months to arrive once ordered. Please consider this when making your appointment. Once your dress comes in, allow one to two months for alterations. I suggest ordering your dress eight months to one year prior to your wedding date to avoid any rush fees and additional stress. If your wedding date is sooner than six months away, ask us about any available rush options. I do also have off the rack options, please ask a consultant.
The samples in our shop vary in size, sizes range from 6-28. All designers have different fits and every sample will fit differently. I will do my best to help you envison your special day, please note that sample dresses may fit differently but we’ve got all sorts of tricks to help you get a close(r) vision of what you will look like on your wedding day. I will measure you for your dress order and it will be close to your current size. Please note, alterations may be needed.
No, I do not offer alterations but I will suggest a dress size based on your specific measurements, but most likely your dress will need alterations to get the best fit. There are several local seamstresses in the area who will better assist you. You can use our perferred vendors or use your own.
I have several dresses that are reorderables that can't be purchased off the rack but I also have several that have been discontinued by the designer that are markdown from the orginal price. Some dresses are 25%-50% off retail. That is a HUGE savings for your special day. I have many off the rack dresses for bridal, bridesmaid, mothers, prom/homecoming and flowergirl. So there is a dress that you need in your budget.
unfortunately we do not purchase used dresses or do consignment. But, we will take donations of gently used prom or homecoming dresses of all sizes. The donated dresses will be offered free to special education students or intellectually disabled adults attending their high school dances or adult dances like the Starlit Night. please reach out regarding to donate.
MK Bridal tries to keep costs for your wedding at a reasonable amount.. We have several collections to meet your budget needs. Please talk to your consultant so we can help balance your needs. Bridal dresses range from $100-$2200.00, Bridesmaids range from $50-300, Mother's dresses $50-$500, Flowergirls dresses $20-$200, Prom/homecoming/formal attire $50-$600. Accessories under $600. Pet formals under $30. Tux/Suit rentals vary depending on the style of your choice but range from $150-$250
Off the rack ranges from $50-$1,000
We are a small bridal store with limited seating and I have found that the more you have, the more opinions your will receive which could cause doubt in your decisions. Best advice I have for you is to only bring the key people that you cannot make this decision without. You want your party to give their opinions but also be supportive of yours.
When bringing children into the bridal store please understand there are dress racks, mirrors, glass, and mannequins throughout the store and we ask that you do not leave children unattended to where they could climb or break items.
The undergarments you wish to wear, strapless bra or underwear, also if you know the shoes you want to wear bring them.
If you have a pintrest board or ideas please bring those to show to your consultant. I will say, several ladies come in with an idea and buy the complete opposite. LOL
When you place your order for a wedding gown, a 50% deposit is required and the remaining balance is due when the dress arrives. All bridal gowns must be paid in full in order for the gown to leave the shop. We have Off the rack options that are paid in full at the time of purchase.
Bridesmaid, prom/homecoming, mother's, flowergirl and Suit/Tux are all paid in full at the time of ordering/purchase.

We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks (please provide driver's license and phone number when using a check)
We are sorry but we will not take back any dresses that are purchased nor will be offer refunds. If event is canceled, wedding dresses will still need paid for and will still need picked up. We will contact you till item is picked up. All other dresses are paid for and must be picked up. After several failed attempts for pick up and dress is left here over 90 days it will be donated.
