All reorderable Bridal dresses require 50% down to order the dress. The dress must be paid in FULL before taking the dress off business property. Someone will notify you when dress is ready for pick up. MK Bridal suggests to try on the dress before leaving the property. If opted out of trying on, the customer takes on all responsibilty.
Bridesmaid, mother's, prom, homecoming and flower girl dresses and bridal accessories are paid in FULL at time of ordering.
Tuxedos are paid in Full at time of ordering.
Any sale items or off the rack purchases must be paid in FULL.
Accessories, pet formals and other merchandise are all paid in full.
SALES TAX IS ADDED TO THE PURCHASE OF ITEMS!!! YES THERE IS SALES TAX ON FORMAL ATTIRE!!!
-Debit/Credit: We use Square that Processing rates per transaction: 3% will be added to debit/credit card transactions
-Personal checks will only be accepted at discretion of MK Bridal. Returned checks will be subjected to a $50 return check fee.
***Payment plans on other dresses other than bridal gowns are at the discretion of MK Bridal & Special Occasions, LLC
All rentals need to be returned within 48 hours of rental time. If additional day is needed a $10 fee will be applied to your final invoice each day after the first 48 hrs. If item is damage beyond repair the full purchase price will be applied to your invoice. If item is never returned, full amount will be applied to your invoice.
Tux drop off times Please call (724) 543-1060 to make sure someone is present to accept your return. drop off times can cary but someone will be at the store on Sunday's usually 9a-3pm or 4pm-5pm on Monday's to collect the Tuxes . We suggest someone collect all the tuxes from the wedding party and drop them off all at once.
All sales are final for ALL merchandise. off the rack is sold ‘as-is’

Due to several last minute cancellations and no call-no shows a new scheduling system has been added when you are booking an appointment.
There is still no fee to book but the new system will now ask you for your credit/debit card information to hold your appointment in our system. No fees will be taken out if you attend your scheduled appointment or Cancel prior to 24 hours before your appointment.

If canceled after the 24 hour window or no call-no show, a cancellation fee of $30.00 will be applied to your credit/debit card on file.
If you're more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule. .
Once your dress has arrived at MK bridal, you will be contacted. Please schedule a pick up time online so a consultant will be here to assist you. If money is still owed you will be notified of the amount. Once dress arrives at MK Bridal, we prefer you pick up the dress as soon as possible. After 14 days, if any issue i with the dress it is over the return window for the designer to fix. We will hold the dress up to 30 days in our storage. Please contact if any issues arise where you can not pick up the dress within 30 days, possible arrangements can be made. If contact is not made prior to the 30 days resulting in the dress to be here longer without notice, a storage fee of $20 dollars for every month the dress remains in our storage and will be applied to your invoice.
If dress is still in the possession of MK Bridal after 30 days of the wedding date provided, the dress is considered abandoned property and customer forfeits all rights to the dress.
Alterations are not completed at MK Bridal at this time and your dress will be here several months before your wedding so you can alter the dress. Shipping can be delayed at times but please rest assured the dress will come!!
Tux rental will arrive several days prior to your event and will need picked up as soon as possible. If tux is not picked up for the event it will be returned that following day to the designer and no refunds wills be awarded.

Please schedule a pick up time for tux and allow time to try on the item before taking it from the store. We request you do this a minimum 2 days before the event to allow time for corrections, if needed.
All rentals need a credit/debit card kept on file and a copy of your drivers license/photo id. The rental tux or dress needs to be returned within 48 hours of rental time. If additional day(s) is/are needed a $20 fee will be applied at the end of business day to your card each day after the first 48 hours. For Example: The 48 hours starts after the day the attire is needed, If tux is needed for a wedding on Saturday, you have till Tuesday at 4pm to return the item, after Tuesday at 4pm is when the $20 fee would be applied. A signed contract will be completed at the time of rental.
If item is damage beyond repair the full purchase price will be applied to your card. If item is never returned, full amount will be applied to your card.
Failure to pay for services the authority’s will be notified.
Majority of dresses are reorderable unless other wise stated. Several dresses to choose from.
MK Bridal will do it's best with not selling the same dress at your event if there are multiple dresses.
