Policy & Procedures

All reorderable Bridal dresses require 50% down to order the dress.  The dress must be paid in FULL before taking the dress off business property. Someone will notify you when dress is ready for pick up. MK Bridal suggests to try on the dress before leaving the property. If opted out of trying on, the customer takes on all responsibilty.

Bridesmaid, mother's, prom, homecoming and flower girl dresses and bridal accessories are paid in FULL at time of ordering. It is up to MK Bridal to accept deposits or lay-a-way options.

Tuxedos are paid in Full at time of ordering.

Any sale items or off the rack purchases must be paid in FULL. A payment plan can be discussed with a deposit made. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If for some reason yu change your mind on the dress, your deposit can be used towards another dress at the store. 

NEW OPTION as of July 1, 2024. The in house payment plan for off the rack is a 3 month payment plan and will require a minium deposit of $100. An invoice will be sent dividing the remaining balance into 3 month payments. Payments will be expected by the 15th of the month. Invoice will include payment, convenience fee and sales tax. If you would like to pay in person, an appointment can be made to make payment. Once dress is paid for it can be taken home. 

Accessories, pet formals and other merchandise are all paid in full. 

SALES TAX IS ADDED TO THE PURCHASE OF ITEMS!!! YES THERE IS SALES TAX ON FORMAL ATTIRE!!!

-Cash-a discount will be given with cash payment

-Debit/Credit: We use Square that  Processing rates per transaction: 3% will be added to credit card transactions

-Personal checks will only be accepted at discretion of MK Bridal. Returned checks will be subjected to a $50 return check fee. Must present driver/photo ID. 

***Payment plans on other dresses other than bridal gowns are at the discretion of MK Bridal & Special Occasions, LLC

TUX RENTAL:

All rentals need to be returned within 48 hours of rental time. If additional day is needed a $20 fee will be applied to EACH suit rental to your final invoice each day after the first 48 hrs. If item is damage beyond repair the full purchase price will be applied to your invoice. If item is never returned, full amount will be applied to your invoice. 

Drop off times can vary but someone will be at the store on Sunday's usually 9a-3pm. On Monday's, Tuxes will need to be returned by Noon. Please advise MK Bridal what day will best accomidate you so we can arrange someone to be present. We suggest someone collect all the tuxes from the wedding party and drop them off all at once. Please call (724) 543-1060 to make sure someone is present to accept your return.

All sales are final for ALL merchandise. off the rack is sold ‘as-is’. Off the rack are discontinued sample dresses and some may have some wear and tear to them.

CANCELLATION:

Please be considerate when scheduling an appointment. My time is just as valuable as yours. 

Due to several last minute cancellations and no call-no shows a new scheduling system has been added when you are booking an appointment.

There is still no fee to book but the new system will now ask you for your credit/debit card information to hold your appointment in our system. No fees will be taken out if you attend your scheduled appointment or Cancel prior to 24 hours before your appointment. 

If you’re unable to make it to your appointment, please call (724) 543-1060.   

If canceled after the 24 hour window or no call-no show, a cancellation fee of $30.00 will be applied to your credit/debit card on file.

If you're more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule. . 

Once your dress has arrived at MK bridal, you will be contacted. Please schedule a pick up time online so a consultant will be here to assist you. If money is still owed you will be notified of the amount.  Once dress arrives at MK Bridal, we prefer you pick up the dress as soon as possible. After 14 days, if any issue i with the dress it is over the return window for the designer to fix. We will hold the dress up to 30 days in our storage. Please contact if any issues arise where you can not pick up the dress within 30 days, possible arrangements can be made. If contact is not made prior to the 30 days resulting in the dress to be here longer without notice, a storage fee of $20 dollars for every month the dress remains in our storage and will be applied to your invoice. 

If dress is still in the possession of MK Bridal after 30 days of the wedding date provided, the dress is considered abandoned property and customer forfeits all rights to the dress. 

Alterations are not completed at MK Bridal at this time and your dress will be here several months before your wedding so you can alter the dress. Shipping can be delayed at times but please rest assured the dress will come!! 

Tux rental will arrive several days prior to your event and will need picked up as soon as possible. If tux is not picked up for the event it will be returned that following day to the designer and no refunds wills be awarded.

MK Bridal will do it's best to measure you to get the proper size for the dress or Tux. Issues may arrise. If there was signifcant weight loss or gain after ordering the dress, MK Bridal isn't liable for that and will not be held responsible. 

I will always suggest ordering up a size when it comes to any dress. This is becasue it's easy to alter in vs letting out. MK Bridal will give the purchaser options and they can make the choice of what to order. 

Any issues with Tux, we can reorder and get it back in the store within 24hours if it is ordered before 5pm.

 MK Bridal recommends all garments be tried on prior to leaving the store so issues can be addressed. If any issues occur, MK Bridal will do their best to remedy the issue. 

Opting out of trying on forfeits all issues or concerns that could arise. Client will inital off pick up when the items leave the store. Once the dress leaves MK Bridal property and is in possession of client, MK Bridal is no longer liable to ANY concerns due to measurements, weight gain/loss, product loss or damages etc. AGAIN, MK Bridal is not liable for any weight changes (loss or gain) once measurements are recorded and dress ordered. Client presumes all responsibilities and can’t hold MK Bridal liable. 

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

• Email address
• First name and last name
• Phone number
• Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
• Usage Data

 POLICY CHANGES

I may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any modifications will be effective immediately when I post them. I will take steps to notify users of any modifications, however, you are responsible for reviewing any modified terms. When I update my Policy, I will note the date of revisions at the top of the Policy. Your continued use of a Site following any changes means you accept and agree to any changes. For your convenience and future reference, the date of the Privacy Policy is included so that you can compare any different versions of the Privacy Policy to determine any changes made to the Privacy Policy.

MK Bridal will contact you once the Tux/Suit has arrived. Please schedule a pick up time for tux and allow time to try on the item before taking it from the store. We request you do this a minimum 2 days before the event to allow time for corrections, if needed. 

All rentals need a credit/debit card kept on file and a copy of your drivers license/photo id. The rental tux or dress needs to be returned within 48 hours of rental time. If additional day(s) is/are needed a $20 fee will be applied to EACH suit at the end of business day to your card each day after the first 48 hours. For Example: If tux is needed for a wedding on Saturday, you have till Monday at NOON to return the item, after Monday at 4pm is when the $20 fee per suit would be applied.  A signed contract will be completed at the time of rental.

If item is damage beyond repair the full purchase price will be applied to your card. If item is never returned, full amount will be applied to your card.

Failure to pay for services the authority’s will be notified.
