Suit & Tuxedo Rental Return Policy

MK Bridal & Special Occasions wants to make returning your rental as easy and convenient as possible. Please review the following requirements before renting.

Return Deadline

All suit and tuxedo rentals must be returned within 24 hours following the event.

For weekend events, all rental merchandise must be returned no later than Monday at 12:00 PM (noon), regardless of the day or time of the event.

Rentals may be returned:

• During MK Bridal’s posted business hours
• At any time using our 24/7 rental drop-off box located behind the building

Return instructions and deadlines are also provided with each rental.

Why the Return Deadline Matters

MK Bridal must have returned rental merchandise processed, packed and ready for our 4:00–4:30 PM UPS pickup.

Late merchandise can result in MK Bridal being charged for an additional rental period and may affect the availability of merchandise for other customers.

Card on File Required

A valid credit or debit card is required on file for all suit and tuxedo rentals. Cash-only rentals will not be accepted.

When booking a suit or tuxedo appointment, customers will be required to provide a valid card for future authorized charges.

Following booking confirmation, a Suit/Tux Rental Authorization Contract will be sent through Square. The contract must be reviewed and signed as part of the rental process.

Late Returns

If rental merchandise is not returned by the required deadline and the late return causes MK Bridal & Special Occasions to be charged for an additional rental period, the full additional rental charge will be passed on to the customer and charged to the card on file.

Lost, Damaged or Unreturned Merchandise

Customers are responsible for rental merchandise while it is in their possession. Applicable charges resulting from lost, damaged or unreturned rental merchandise may be charged to the card on file in accordance with the signed rental agreement.

By completing the rental agreement, the customer acknowledges the return requirements and authorizes the applicable charges described in the agreement.

Please return your rental on time and there will be no additional return charges.
